The company also provides you with a customer report of the information revealed during the service you have received. This report does not contain your full personal details, simply your first name, your photograph and your customer booking number from the booking reference email. Due to the fact that you may book a service for another individual, there is no absolute link between the information you provide to us via email and the customer report. The company archives all reports to a secure off-line storage facility within 12 months of the service being provided. The company also keeps your personal information that you have sent to us by email with us on our secured servers, for the legally recommended time period of 60 months after which time we will delete all archived information and emails.
