Why We Publish Terms and Conditions

Armichi Ltd was created as a 5th dimensional consciouness company to serve humanity; Armichi Wellness is one of its divisions. We watch with delight as our planet and people ascend into higher frequencies and closer to the 5th dimensional reality we will all experience.  The old constructs of power, control, lack etc are falling apart but we recognise that we are operating in a world where both realities exist.  Not everyone is yet aware of the quantum nature of reality and believe that their experiences, issues and difficulties are caused by the external 3D reality rather than a projection of their own vibrational set point.  These terms and conditions are created in recognition of this transitional period and we hope that we will reach a point when they will no longer be needed. We recognise and follow Natural Law and the way we operate our business, the information we publish, our communications and services are not intended to cause any harm to anyone.

Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaigns and commercial solicitation. We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. Using Our Services and Information

The services and information provided by Armichi Wellness are provided within the scope of non-contact energy medicine and healthy eating advice. Armichi Wellness and its legal entity Armichi Ltd is not a licensed medial practice, nor are any of Armichi Wellness directors or consultants qualified doctors. The information and services provided by Armichi Wellness and our consultants are based on specially adapted Resonance Tests and on opinions, and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any illness.  We recommend that you consult with your medical practitioner before using any of Armichi Wellness services and before taking any homeopathy, supplements or herbal medicine or following any specific dietary regime. You must contact your GP or a qualified health practitioner about any health concerns you may have as the services and information that Armichi Wellness provides do not serve as medical treatments or medical advice.  You must never stop taking prescription medicine or following a health regime recommended by your GP or qualified health practitioner without first consulting them. IMPORTANT: If you have an urgent or life threatening health concern, please dial your emergency services or contact your GP or medical practitioner for immediate medical care and NEVER wait for a reply from your Armichi consultant.

Purchases and Payment for Our Services

Payment for our services is managed by Squareup Europe Ltd, a payment services provider authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 201, under registered Reference No. 900846.  Payment methods accepted by Square as at 25th March 2022 are as follows: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron and cards with the Vpay logo. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the website. You further agree to promptly update account information such as your email address if this should change, so that we are able to contact you to provide you with the service or services you have purchased.  Sales tax may be added to the price of services as required by UK law. We may change prices at any time without notification. All payments will be in British Pounds (GBP). You authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for the cost of the service or services that you have purchased when you have completed your order at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed through the website. 

Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refund will be issued if we are not able to provide you with the service or services you have purchased because your personal information or account details are incorrect or because you have not supplied Armichi Wellness with the information needed to conduct the service or services, such as your photo, which we requested when you completed your order.

Website Modifications, Interruptions and Errors

From time to time, we will make changes to or delete information from the website, articles and services including at our sole discretion without notice and without liability and all of our services are subject to availability. There also may also be service interruptions to the website resulting in its temporary or permanent suspension, of which we hold no liability for the consequences to any customer or visitor.  There may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to our services, including descriptions, pricing, availability and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the information on the website at any time without prior notice. 

Limitations of Liability

In no event will we, our directors, employees or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect damages including financial and personal data which may arise from your use of the website.  Notwithstanding, our liability to you for any cause will at all times be limited to the amount paid within a 6 month period of the action being taken.

Dispute Resolution

Should any disputes arise between Armichi Wellness and you, we will always first attempt to negotiate a resolution that is acceptable to both of us.  After 30 days, if no resolution has been agreed, then we reserve the right to seek a legal resolution. Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by a court of law of England and Wales and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Governing Law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the England and Wales, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between you and Armichi Wellness, its business partners and associates.

Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the website.  We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account should you breach these Terms & Conditions and you may not create a new account using the same or different information
