I just got off the phone with A. She is absolutely blown away because she has been feeling and experiencing the mind blowing boost before I even gave her the report. She is on cloud 10 and very very grateful. 

J is doing better. He says that he doesn’t have to get up near as often during the night to go to the restroom (frequent urination/prostate), his hands haven’t been numb in the morning, no lower back pain, the eczema is going away (but he is using the lotion the doctor prescribed) and I think he doesn’t seem to be uptight like he was before revealing.  :)

What a journey, to say the least.  I am grateful that LIBERTY AND INTEGRATION was given to me because it has made a world of difference in my ability to deal with uneasy situations. I continue to be amazed that each time I do the process, the stronger I am becoming and the less that negative emotions consume me. I am very grateful. Honestly, I almost need to remain in contact with you about this process. I can feel the change AND I am amazed at the calm that has become the new me. Sure I am still working through "stuff" though, I am now moving through situations that once crippled me, emotionally. The big mound/swelling and thickening that it had is almost all gone! It has been there since his booster was given to him in December (?)

Hi Sarah, Just wanted to drop a note to say THANKS again for your time last week it was REALLY helpful. The session was extremely fruitful. In addition, the homework has also been very beneficial. The exercise of integration of stress brings even greater peace. As you noted I certainly realize that daily maintenance (or as required) during meditation always produces positive results.

Nina has been doing well. After her revealing she was in the yard and she actually saw neighbors walking and started to bark at them. She hasn’t done that in ages!
